Today I started a juice fast/feast. It was difficult although my diet is mostly vegetarian. I have about 40 lbs to lose and have food allergies so eliminating everything processed is key to getting back my energy and health, besides just getting back to the size I was last year.
So we bought a juicer, it makes an awful mess. So far i have discovered that i hate celery juice no matter what its mixed with. My boyfriend and I are trying for 30 days on the "fast". Hopefully each day will get easier, we gradualy worked our way into it drinking lots of green drinks and fresh fruits and vegetables. Today was difficult and I found myself more tired than normal and a little grouchy, I know it will get easier as time goes on. I do need to remember to drinkk enough water.
It was an especially stressful day, i recieved a $50,000 hospital bill from a fall i had in August. The fact that I am unemployed makes it a far off possibility that it will get paid, even if I had a job it would be impossible to pay given what i make a year wasn't quite 50-grand a year. I am trying to stay centered and take it in stride. I spent years getting a near perfect credit score and it is soon to be ruined.
As for my yoga, lately I have had no energy what-so-ever and this is one reason i need to be proactive about my health. I hope by my boyfriend and I getting on a nutrional kick and exercise my 20-hour a week yoga practice will be back in no time.

3 carrots juiced
1/2 cup spinach blended
1 pear juiced
1/2 cup spinach blended
1/2 cup mango blended
collard,mustard,turnip,kale blend 1-cup blended
1/2 cup pineapple blended
1/4 lemon juiced
1/4 cup blueberries
2 teaspoon coco powder
1 cup coconut milk unsweetened
3 cups herbal tea
2 cup water with nutritional yeast
